Overview

The report presents JLEN's 2019/20 ESG performance across its environmental infrastructure portfolio, including >900,000 MWh generated, >445,000 tonnes of waste diverted from landfill and 39 billion litres of wastewater treated. It describes ESG objectives introduced for the first time, with KPIs to be developed to track portfolio performance. The report assigns overall ESG responsibility to the Board of JLEN and describes TCFD as a framework for consolidating climate-related activities. It also records three health and safety incidents and zero environmental incidents, alongside community funding of £350,000.
