Overview

The report describes Fortescue's sustainability approach as integrated across the business and overseen by the Board. It sets a 26% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions from Existing Operations by 2030 and a goal of net zero operational emissions by 2040. FY20 performance included Scope 1 emissions of 1.93 million tonnes of CO2-e and Scope 2 emissions of 0.16 million tonnes of CO2-e.
