Overview

The report records Fortescue's first concentrate production at the Iron Bridge Magnetite Project and record FY23 operating performance. It sets out a Board-approved US$6.2 billion plan to achieve Real Zero for Scope 1 and 2 emissions across Australian terrestrial iron ore operations by 2030. FY23 gross Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 2.55 million tonnes CO2-e, while Scope 3 emissions were 267.61 million tonnes of CO2-e, up 5% year on year.
