Overview

The report covers FOSS's 2021 financial year and describes a sustainability programme focused on health and safety, human and labour rights, environmental impacts and business ethics. It reports FOSS Group turnover of 2,297 million DKK and a workforce of over 1650 employees. Environmental actions included implementing ISO 14001 at the Suzhou site, while the report records 12 accidents at three sites. It also reports women as around 40% of new hires and 23% of people managers, with the board's underrepresented gender slightly above 16%.
