Overview

The report describes the Group's sustainability priorities through 2030 across three pillars: Acting Progressively, Consuming Responsibly and Focusing on People. It reports a FY19 headcount of 4,960 and 194,520 training hours, with an average of 36 training hours per employee. Environmental disclosures include 23,190 tonnes of non-hazardous waste and 3.72 mil m3 of water consumption. FPA announced a commitment to build a carbon-neutral business in Australia by 2028, while the Group recorded zero fatalities.
