Overview

The report presents FCX's 2025 sustainability performance across global mining and processing operations, including nine work-related fatalities and detailed environmental performance. It reports 5,060 thousand metric tons of Scope 1 emissions, 2,292 thousand metric tons of market-based Scope 2 emissions and 6,040 thousand metric tons of Scope 3 emissions. Total water consumption was 194,882 thousand cubic meters, with 83% of total water use recycled or reused. Ernst & Young provided reasonable assurance over Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and limited assurance over Scope 3 emissions and selected disclosures.
