Overview

The report covers Frontage's laboratories and offices in the US, Canada and mainland China and expands scope to newly acquired companies. It describes COVID-19 responses, including support for COVID-19 R&D, PPE donations and measures to protect employees. For FY2020, the Group reported 1,016 employees, 914 employees receiving training, 99,871.72 GJ of energy consumption, 10,227.73 tonnes CO2e of GHG emissions and 43,878.96 m3 of water consumption. The report also presents a materiality assessment prioritizing customer privacy, customer satisfaction, occupational health and safety, service quality and socio-economic compliance.
