Overview

The report presents Frontier's 2023 sustainability approach around its purpose, Building Gigabit America, and five strategic focus areas including DEI, GHG emissions and energy, talent engagement, workplace health and safety, and data security and privacy. It establishes its first Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions baseline, reporting 117,263 Metric Tons CO2e of Scope 1 and 518,895 Metric Tons CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions. It also highlights 13,296 full-time employees, fleet electrification, a 16% renewable electricity share, and 1,646 tons recycled.
