Overview

The report is Fulum Group's first ESG report, covering its Hong Kong restaurants, central kitchen and logistics center for 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017. It presents an ESG materiality matrix and states that the Board reviewed and approved the report. The Group reports total carbon emissions of 156,039 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, including Scope 1 of 14,047, Scope 2 of 84,031 and Scope 3 of 57,961. It also reports direct fossil-fuel consumption of 71,074 MWh and potable-water usage of 104,523,158 Cubic meter.
