Overview

The report covers the year ended 31 December 2022 and highlights Group revenue of RM162.2 million following the expansion of the Energy Efficiency Division. Its ESG section reports 22 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions, 4,566 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions, 618 employees in the covered divisions and 190 tonnes of solid waste. The Board remained single gender and committed to appoint at least one female director by 31 December 2024.
