Overview

The report describes the Group's 2025 ESG governance and performance, with the Board holding direct responsibility for ESG oversight and an ESG Working Group coordinating implementation. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 9.97 tonnes CO 2 -equivalent, Scope 2 emissions of 317.62 tonnes CO 2 -equivalent and Scope 3 emissions of 47.41 tonnes CO 2 -equivalent. The Group has set carbon-neutrality targets for 2050 in Hong Kong and 2060 in the PRC, while reporting 247 employees and no work-related fatalities during the Reporting Period.
