Overview

The report is Futures Housing Group's second formal ESG report under the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing. It reports 2022-23 emissions of 648.7 tonnes of Scope 1, 168.2 tonnes of Scope 2 and 27,504.3 tonnes of Scope 3, alongside a target to bring all homes to EPC Band C or above by 2030. The year also included planting 140 trees and securing more than £3m for housing decarbonisation work.
