Overview

The report describes FWD Group's refreshed ESG strategy around accessible protection, sustainable investment, and effective governance and sustainable business, with contributions to six SDGs. It highlights the Group's first public Principles for Responsible Investment transparency report and ESG screening of 86 per cent of its portfolio. Operational 2024 disclosures include 556 MT CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 5,090 MT CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 4,877 MT CO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions. The report also discloses a 6,929-person Group workforce and 27 per cent female representation on the Board.
