Overview

The report presents GAM's 2023 sustainability performance for the period from January through December. It highlights a governance structure in which the Board is ultimately responsible for sustainability-related strategy and the Sustainability Committee reports quarterly to the Board and Group Management Board. Operational KPIs include 469 employees, 946 MWh of total energy consumption, 373 tCO2e of total GHG emissions and 86% renewable electricity. GAM also reports progress on its net-zero agenda, including a 2050 commitment and 2030 financed-carbon, engagement and net-zero coverage targets.
