Overview

The report presents GAMING1's 2023 group-wide sustainability performance across worldwide activities, including a double materiality assessment and a GRI content index. It reports 1,390 group-level employees, 36.33% women in the workforce, and 32.2 average training hours per employee. The expanded carbon footprint was 5,393.42 tCO2e, comprising Scope 1 1,383.09, Scope 2 1,188.47 and Scope 3 2,821.86 tCO2e. GAMING1 also joined the UN Global Compact and committed to the SBTi in late 2023, while its quantified SBTi reduction target remained to be set.
