Overview

The report presents the Group's first annual ESG report after its July 2020 listing and covers PRC property development and sales for 2020. It identifies environmental protection, water management, waste management, and diversity and inclusion as material areas, and reports environmental performance including 6,484.21 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions and 553,668.71 m3 of water consumption. It also describes Board oversight, employee-related practices and anti-corruption controls, including supplier anti-corruption agreements.
