ESG Report

Overview

The report describes G&T's first ESG strategy launched in 2022, organized around environment, social and governance pillars. It reports a commitment to become a net zero carbon firm by 2030 and says all buildings under operational control were run on renewable energy as of January 2022. Social initiatives included a new Social Value Policy, the Thrive measurement tool, and more than £2m of social value created in 2021/2022. The firm also reports over 1,000 people across the UK and US and a Diversity & Inclusion group established in 2021.
