Overview

The report presents Garrett's WeCare4 sustainability framework across cleaner vehicle technologies, innovation and responsible operations. In 2021, training reached 66,000 hours, or 17 hours per employee, while female representation reached 21.8% and women represented 38% of the Board. Environmental disclosures report 47,046 tCO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 11,001 MWh of renewable electricity and 254,867 M3 of water consumption. GHG, energy and OHS data received limited assurance from LRQA.
