The report states that the Group expanded its natural gas distribution network by 57 kilometres in 2017, reaching 2,243 kilometres and serving 38,883 customers. It reports 183.90 million MMBtu of gas sold and 15,000 MMBtu of BioCNG delivered. Customer care addressed 71 of 74 complaints within three days, a 95.94% success rate. The report also records no incident of bribery and corruption in 2017.
