Overview

The report presents GDB's sustainability approach across employee health and safety, environmental management, community contribution and marketplace conduct. In FY2019, it reported one female independent non-executive director, two women in key senior management and 232 direct employees. It also described wastewater treatment, energy-saving lighting and anti-corruption controls across Group operations.
