Overview

The report describes GDB's first materiality assessment and a governance structure led by the Board of Directors, with a Sustainability Management Committee and Sustainability Working Group. It reports 2022 safety statistics of zero fatalities, zero LTIR, zero IFR and 5,663,220 man-hours, alongside environmental consumption data. The workforce totaled 337 employees at 31 December 2022, with 23% female representation and 26% female representation among managers. It also reports RM 510.06 million in revenue and details ISO-certified QESH management practices.
