Overview

The report describes GDB's strongest FY2025 financial performance, with revenue of RM748.1 million and net profit of RM54.3 million. It presents the first year of reporting under the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and in accordance with IFRS S1. Sustainability highlights include zero workplace fatalities, 65.63% of waste recycled, expanded Scope 3 reporting and 100% anti-corruption training coverage. The Group's workforce grew to 253 employees, while total employee training reached 2,533 hours.
