Overview

The report is GDI Property Group's inaugural ESG report covering FY20 and is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Core Option. It reports FY20 operationally controlled energy consumption of 8,036 MWh, including a 0% renewable share, Scope 1 emissions of 242 tCO2-e, Scope 2 emissions of 5,721 tCO2-e, and total water consumption of 93,208 m3. The report also describes GDI's 12-person workforce, a four-member board with one female director, and building energy, water, waste and COVID-19 safety initiatives.
