Overview

The report describes GDI's FY21 materiality assessment and expanded stakeholder engagement. It reports 7,101 MWh of total energy consumption, 5,425 tCO2-e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and 80,802 m3 of total water consumption for operationally controlled assets. It highlights NABERS improvements and the publication of GDI's first Environment Policy and Sustainable Procurement Policy. Waste data collection improved, but the report says the information remained inconsistent across assets and did not provide a comprehensive view of tenant waste impacts.
