Overview

The report describes Gecina's 2012 CSR performance across responsible buildings, environmental management, employees and society. Seven additional buildings received HQE Exploitation recognition, bringing certified office space to 33.6% at year-end. The workforce declined to 509 in line with the reduction in residential assets. Mazars provided moderate and reasonable assurance over the reported social, environmental and societal data with 100% verification coverage.
