Ecomagination Report

Overview

The report describes GE's 2006 ecomagination progress across clean-technology investment, product revenues, operational emissions and stakeholder engagement. GE invested $900 million in cleaner technologies and grew ecomagination revenues to $12 billion, with a 45-product pipeline and $50 billion in orders and commitments. Worldwide operational GHG emissions fell about 4% to 10.8 MMT from the 2004 baseline, while GHG and energy intensity declined 21% and 22%. The report also details the 1-30-30 targets, energy-saving projects and global product and community initiatives.
