Overview

The report presents FY2023-24 consolidated revenue of INR 623.97 crore alongside strong growth in operational income and customer reach. It describes environmental initiatives including solar panels, water recycling and waste management, as well as social programmes covering education, health, financial literacy and community support. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board's Stakeholder Relationship Committee, supported by an ESG working group. The BRSR also makes clear that its financial, environmental, social and governance disclosures are on a standalone basis.
