Overview

The report describes the newly adopted Responsible Investment Policy as embedded in investment and portfolio processes and identifies Board oversight of ESG and climate matters. It records the Group's UN Global Compact signatory status and TCFD-aligned emissions reporting. For 2021, emissions reporting expanded to include portfolio-company emissions under Scope 3, with total greenhouse gas emissions of 40,642 tonnes of CO2e. The Group reported 21,549 employees and two women among seven directors.
