The report presents Getinge's 2022 sustainability performance across quality culture, passionate employees, business ethics and environmental and social engagement. It reports 11,082 employees, 78,540 MWh energy consumption, 60% renewable energy, 2,725 tons generated waste, and gross Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 16,838 and 9,021 ton CO2e. The company reports a 48% reduction in production emissions, a 2050 net-zero target, and submission of targets to SBTi. The report includes a materiality assessment, GRI content index, EU Taxonomy disclosures and limited assurance by Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB.
