Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is GEWISS's first Group-level Sustainability Report and consolidates the company's 2023 environmental, social and governance performance. It highlights 2,235 active employees and 43,249 training hours delivered across the Group. Environmental disclosures include 4,575 t CO2 eq of Scope 1 emissions, 8,731 t CO2 eq of location-based Scope 2 emissions, and 2,835 tonnes of waste generated. The report also describes GEWISS's materiality assessment, sustainability roadmap, ISO-certified management systems, and initiatives covering energy efficiency, diversity and inclusion, occupational safety, responsible design, and community engagement.
