Overview

The report presents Gildan's 2018 sustainability performance across people, environment and communities. It reports 51,403 employees, 40% of total energy from renewable sources and a 27% reduction in GHG emissions intensity from the 2015 baseline. Absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 431,247 Mt CO2eq, while workplace fatalities were zero. Selected environmental, health and safety data received limited assurance.
