Overview

The report covers the Group’s 2022 operations across China and Hong Kong, with 891 full-time employees and no temporary employees reported at year-end. It records zero Scope 1 emissions and 32,852 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, while production suspensions reduced resource consumption. The Group reports no work-related fatal events and no bribery, blackmail, extortion, fraud or money-laundering cases during the year. Its governance model places ESG strategy and reporting with the Board, supported by an ESG working group.
