Overview

The report covers the Group's 2018 ESG performance across America, Europe and APAC and uses the GRI Standards Core option as a guideline. It reports 24,001,308 kWh of energy use, 68,218 m3 of water consumption, and 2,331 tonnes of non-hazardous waste, while noting that CO2 emissions were not yet reported. The Group had 984 employees, provided 24,257 training hours, and reported no fatalities. External assurance was not sought.
