Overview

The report describes Global Lithium's transition into a multi-asset lithium explorer with 100% ownership of Manna and Marble Bar projects. It reports a combined mineral resource of 50.7 Mt at 1.0% Li2O in FY23, with a 54.0 Mt update announced in July 2023. The inaugural sustainability section records zero major ESG incidents, establishment of a Board-level Sustainability Committee and the first cultural heritage survey. FY23 emissions and energy data are reported as 729 tonnes Scope 1, 5 tonnes Scope 2 and 2,707,702 kWh total energy.
