Overview

The report presents GOLDBECK's second Sustainability Report for 2022/23, highlighting the strengthened Group Sustainability function and its network of Centers of expertise. It reports the first inclusion of DS Gruppen in the corporate carbon footprint and provides Scope 1, market-based Scope 2, and Scope 3 results. The report also records 11,644 Group employees at the end of March 2023 and sets a goal to increase women in management to at least 22% by the end of 2025/26.
