Overview

The report presents Baofeng Modern's 2017 ESG disclosures for the Group's PRC operations, with the Board assigned responsibility for ESG risks, strategy and controls. It reports approximately RMB2.1 million invested in energy saving, environmental protection and emission and waste reduction, alongside Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG, water and resource data. The Group states that ISO14001 has been established and implemented since 2006 and reports OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for occupational health and safety. It also reports no product-safety complaints or product recalls during the year.
