Overview

The report covers the Group’s 2017 sustainability policies and performance in its PRC real-estate operations, with the Board responsible for ESG strategy and reporting and an ESG working team identifying material issues. Reported emissions totaled 2,915,583 kg CO2-eq, including 194,243 kg CO2-eq from Scope 1 and 2,376,000 kg CO2-eq from Scope 2. The Group reported 537 employees, 756,000 cubic meters of water consumed, and no material injury case and nil death case during the reporting period. It also describes resource-saving measures, waste recycling initiatives, employee training, anti-corruption controls and community donations.
