Overview

The report covers the Group's continuing IM and SDI businesses for 2021, excluding the disposed CRMS business. It reports 46 employees, 31.70 tCO2e of total GHG emissions and 18.45 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions from business air travel. ESG oversight is board-led through an ESG Executive Committee and Working Group, and the Group set a 3% GHG reduction commitment for 2025. The report also maps SDG 3 and SDG 5 and presents a materiality matrix.
