Overview

The report presents GSB's 2018 sustainability performance across its Savings Economy, Savings Society and Savings Environment chapters, covering head office and 1,061 branches. It highlights financial inclusion and grassroots development, including support for unserved and underserved customers, SMEs and community enterprises. The workforce totalled 22,562 officers and employees, while the Bank reported 11,566,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity use across all meters.
