Overview

The report presents GSB's 2019 sustainability program across economy, society, and environment, covering head office and 1,062 branches. Highlights include 23,306 personnel, a GSB Quality of Grassroots Life Index of 0.689, and grassroots initiatives reaching 172,108 people and 443,122 retail entrepreneurs receiving loans. Environmental highlights include 22 water-management activities benefiting 30,000 people and 450 additional artificial reef blocks in Pattani. The report uses GRI Standards with a content index.
