Overview

The report highlights the company's achievement of net zero operational carbon across its office and shopping centre portfolios, alongside continued leadership in NABERS and GRESB real estate benchmarks. It also reports $3.53 billion in sustainable finance, covering 96 per cent of the debt book. Cbus Property completed its inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and launched a new Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategy. As at 30 June 2025, women represented 51 per cent of the 69-person team.
