The report presents GrainCorp's FY19 safety improvement, including a 37 per cent reduction in RIFR to 7.7 and a 46 per cent reduction in LTIFR to 2.2. It also reports FY19 Scope 1 emissions of 211,400 tCO2-e, Scope 2 emissions of 145,806 tCO2-e and total energy use of 4.9m GJ. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, with the SHEGC holding specific delegated oversight of safety, health, environment and corporate governance.
