Overview

The report presents the Group's sixth ESG Report for 2021 and explains that its scope covers the Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Xuzhou offices after the shift from property development to leasing. It reports Scope I emissions of 25.13 and Scope II emissions of 149.36 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, alongside total energy consumption of 273,697.47 kWh. The Group records 77 in-scope employees, a 45% overall training ratio and no work-related fatalities. It also sets a qualitative objective of steady, year-on-year reductions in emissions and consumption and reports a RMB5,000 community donation.
