Overview

The report describes a Board-led ESG governance structure supported by an ESG Working Group and a materiality assessment that identified 23 issues, with nine prioritised as most material. FY2024/25 performance data includes 1,361.31 MWh of total energy consumption, 512.97 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and 1,015.96 tonnes CO2e of Scope 3 emissions covering employee commuting and downstream leased assets. The Group reported 148 employees at 31 March 2025 and no work-related fatalities during the reporting period.
