Overview

The report presents the Group's fourth ESG Report for 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020, covering dry-bulk vessel chartering and property investment and development. It reports total GHG emissions of 89,600.76 tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent and a workforce of 102 full-time employees. Workplace fatalities were zero, alongside zero injuries and lost days. Community highlights include a HKD220,000 donation to Pok Oi Hospital and participation in shipping-industry engagement.
