Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents the GTAA's 2008 CSR performance across social, environmental and economic responsibilities, with six years of GRI indicator reporting and a first phase of internal audit initiated in 2009. It highlights a 4 per cent reduction in total electricity use in 2008 and the ISO 14001-certified environmental management system. It also profiles Partners in Project Green, a 12,000-hectare eco-business zone involving more than 200 companies and designed to reduce energy and resource costs.
