Overview

The report presents Greentown China's 2023 ESG performance across five quality pillars, covering green buildings, climate response, resource use, workplace, and community responsibility. The Group reports 293 green-building-certified projects, 23,169.42 tonnes CO2 equivalent of total GHG emissions, and 4,403.79 tonnes of standard coal in comprehensive energy consumption. It also reports 9,403 employees, 100% training coverage, zero work-related fatalities, and RMB2,750,000 in external donations excluding education donations. Governance is structured with Board-level ESG oversight through an ESG Committee and an executive ESG working group.
