Overview

The report describes the BANK of Greenland's 2016 CSR focus on financial understanding for customers and Greenlandic society, supported by advisory access and employee volunteering. It reports 2,089 registered voluntary-work hours, including substantial involvement in the Arctic Winter Games. The Bank continued its UN Global Compact activities and began preparing a human-rights compliance policy. It also reports 115 employees at year-end and no occupational injuries during 2016.
