Overview

The report describes FY24 progress toward Growthpoint's Net Zero Target by 1 July 2025, including six solar installations totaling 376kW and approximately 50% GreenPower coverage for base-building electricity. It reports a 5.2-star average NABERS Energy rating and a 4.8-star Indoor Environment rating, with a 4.9-star Water rating. Employee engagement reached 75%, while female representation on the Board was 37.5% at 30 June 2024. WSP independently reviewed selected GHG, energy and water inventories under limited assurance.
