Overview

The report presents GST's first full year as a pure-play fintech group, following the acquisitions of PAYPT and Semnet. Group revenue was US$1.55 million, while the ESG section reports 6,106 kWh of electricity use, 18.1 cubic meters of water consumption, and 64.8 tonnes of CO2 emissions from overseas business travel. The Board had six members and none were women at 31 March 2024.
